Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; Advanced Qualification Preferred (CPA)5+ years of dynamic accounting experience; prior experience with revenue accounting is highly desiredERP system experience (HFM, SAP, JD Edwards/E1, Oracle R12 a plus)Analytical skills to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization existsRead and interpret terms and conditions, written guidelines, directions, and correspondenceStrong communication skills to prepare and deliver informative, analytical, and/or persuasive presentationsStrong organizational skills to balance priorities, complete projects in a timely manner, and consistently manage own workloadSubtlety, flexibility and tact (professional demeanor)Organized, meticulous and refined time management skillsAbility to work independently with general direction and effective under high stress environmentDedication to continuous improvementKnowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles (GAAP)Flexibility in scheduling due to business requirements (i.e., month-end close)Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00-$160,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
