OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Tagging and Analytics Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role will be integral to managing our digital data collection infrastructure, implementing advanced tracking solutions, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance across our digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with tag management platforms like AEP Data Collection (formerly called Adobe Launch), Google Tag Manager (GTM), or Tealium, Analytics systems such as Adobe Analytics, CJA, CDP, Google Analytics, and possess a solid foundation in JavaScript and front-end development.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain tagging solutions across platforms using AEP Data Collection, and potentially GTM, or other tag management toolsConduct thorough testing and debugging of tag deployments to ensure data accuracy and performance and troubleshoot any issues to maintain data integrityDevelop and manage tag properties and rules for multiple domains using AEP Data CollectionEfficiently manage and publish workflows involving multiple libraries in AEP Data CollectionDesign and execute data collection strategies and tagging standards that support scalable, consistent, and efficient data capture across web assetsWork closely with front-end developers, UX, and product teams to align on data layer and EDDL requirements for websites and web event tracking to ensure optimal data collectionEnforce best practices in data collection, including adherence to privacy and compliance requirements such as GDPR and CCPAPartner with business analysts and product owners to provide a best-in-class customer experience
