About the RoleThe Uber Advertising Sales team is looking for strategic sellers to be founding members of our newly formed Uber Advertising division. As an Ads Sr Client Partner, you will be responsible for building mutually helpful ads partnerships with our largest partners in within the technology, telco, and B2B vertical. You will own the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption of a growing suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will work closely with our Partner Managers to consistently deliver on our partners' marketing objectives.What You’ll DoExecute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners' marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goalsBuild relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizationsEmploy critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversationsBe an indispensable cross-functional partner across the Product, Marketing and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needsExpand ads product adoption across our Mobility and Delivery offeringsClearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offeringsDevelop pitch narratives that scale across our Ads team and drive growth for our partnersBe ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your teammates when the need arisesBe the voice of the customer to help inform future Ads product roadmaps
