As a Garrett’sNorth America Finance Controller, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating, controlling and driving the Garrett business in USA and Mexico. The role covers all aspects of finance in North America and Mexico, including: Controllership activities in Mexico and North America (7 legal entities, including GMI, topco entity with complexity regarding accounting for debt and equity instruments); ISC Finance for Mexicali and Torrance; support FP&A including Reporting, Planning (AOP and STRAP). ISC Finance:Act as leader and mentor for ISC Finance activities in Mexicali and (as necessary) Torrance. You will be expected to work closely with plant manager, VP Manufacturing and ISC Plant Finance Director to ensure significant improvement in controls across the plant and consistent application of Garrett policies - not just in finance areas, but across other functions as wellControlling:Ensuring accurate US GAAP accounting, appropriate internal controls for all legal entities in US and Mexico.
