About the RoleAs a Senior Engineering Manager at Uber, you will be leading a group of engineers and engineering managers to build global solutions while closely collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams. This role is within the Amsterdam-based Earner Payments and Cash organization and will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a strong, diverse, high-impact team. The Earner Payments & Cash team is organized around 3 main themes:Enabling payments between earners and spenders such as physical cash and QR codes.Ensuring earners have a delightful experience while navigating their options to get paid quickly while providing them with options for building wealth through financial products.Ensuring that 7-8 million earners globally are paid reliably each week.
