The Brazil Consulting Practice within Visa (VCA – Visa Consulting and Analytics) provides consulting and solution services for Visa’s largest issuers, merchants and acquires in Brazil. We apply deep expertise in the payments industry to provide solutions to assist clients with their key business priorities, drive growth and improve profitability.

Get Jobs

Produce insights, analyses and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the verticals and segments.

Successfully collaborate with peers in other functional areas (marketing, sales, risk, innovation) to execute projects and deliver value for clients.

Develop a sustainable relationship with Clients (Brazil Financial Institutions / Issuing Banks) with an ethical, empathetic approach and with the purpose of delivering the best support for our clients .

Willingness to travel throughout the covered markets as needed and the ability to work across functions and markets.

This position has no direct reports.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications•8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2years of work experience with a PhD•At least 8 years of work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business linemanagement or product managementPreferred Qualifications•Logical, structured thinking, and strong analytical skills•Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-drivenenvironment•Experience in coaching and managing multiple consulting engagements thatinvolve structured problem solving and stakeholder management•Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership•Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills•Ability to communicate effectively in English and Portuguese (Brazil)•Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
