Support FL Medicaid quality team on analysis of key improvement activities and interventions, including analyzing for intervention effectivenessProvide analysis support for PIP reports to regulators, including statistical analysis of interventions and measure of impact of activities on performanceLeads management of the quality data, reporting, and analytics function to help internal teams draw meaningful conclusions.Conducts thorough literature reviews, when appropriate, to understand the current state of quality initiatives to ensure understanding of industry benchmarksDesigns and implements dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, or other systems to present data in meaningful way to all different levels of audiencesDetermines best approaches to define data models, statistical methods, and data reporting to ensure sound data presentationConverts results of data analysis into meaningful business information to disseminate conclusions about the overall function of the departmentPerforms quantitative and qualitative data analysis to achieve operational targetsRequired QualificationsMust reside in the state of FloridaAt least 5 years of experience in managed care, hospital, or similar healthcare environmentMust have statistical analysis skills and able to analyze and interpret dataMust be proficient in all Microsoft office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as Tableau and/or PowerBI or similar dashboarding softwareExperience communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsMedicaid managed care experience •EducationBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare dataPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $149,328.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
