We are looking for someone with strong business acumen, excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage internal and external customer relationships and focus on profitability.ResponsibilitiesAttract, hire, train, develop, coach, and lead members of a world-class sales organization.Meet company’s three-pronged digital transformation sales objectives (Digital Transformation, Managed IT Services, and Production Print).Aggressively stimulate, review, and monitor all business activity for the team and ensure achievement of those activity goals.Monitor accomplishment of team sales and profitability objectives through specifically designed metrics.Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly revenue streams.Provide quarterly evaluations of sales organization productivity executive sales management.Understand each employee’s strengths and weaknesses with recommendations to develop these areas of performance.Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales organization and implement changes.Develop solid business relationships with new or existing customers.
