Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven track record with at least 10 years of experience in systems design engineering.Demonstrated architecture skills with models, views, and tools.Experience as an architect for multiple (multi-site) teams.Working in a multi-disciplinary environment.Experience with software development and instrument design.Knowledge of value stream mapping and reducing cross-team dependencies.Strong analytical skills to fix and resolve complex issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing projects and guiding team efforts.Relevant professional certifications in systems design or engineering.
