Role Overview
This position offers the candidate several opportunities to learn and test world-class B2B SaaS Platform services built using cutting-edge technologies.
Role Responsibilities:● Design, develop, review and execute end-to-end test plans, test cases, and testscenarios to validate the functionality and performance of our analytics platform.● Strategize, implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools tostreamline the testing process and improve efficiency.● Mentor and technically lead junior QA engineers, providing technical leadership, sharingbest practices, and fostering a culture of quality within the engineering team.● Conduct thorough manual and automated testing of new features, enhancements, andbug fixes to identify defects, inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.● Collaborate closely with software engineers and product managers to understandrequirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for effective test planning andexecution.● Participate in code and design reviews to provide valuable insights and identify potentialquality issues early in the development cycle.● Proactively drives the improvement of QA processes and methodologies, including testplanning, test coverage, and test automation strategies, to enable test-drivendevelopment.● Continuously monitor and analyse test results, identify trends, and communicate findingsto the engineering team and stakeholders.● Investigate, triage, and track defects using bug-tracking systems, ensuring timelyresolution and effective communication of the issue’s impact.● Monitor and troubleshoot production deployments, identifying and resolving issuesrelated to code deployment and infrastructure configuration.● Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, identifying and resolving issues related tobuild failures, test failures, or deployment errors.
