The Research team is looking for an experienced researcher to influence change across the Financial Assistant team through insight, proactively define and execute on research initiatives that can help the team identify the next big opportunity in GenAI powered personal finance management experiences,  drive the adoption and engagement of current GenAI powered personal finance management experiences, and unlock new potential for the role of research can play at CK. We’re looking for an experienced Staff Product Researcher(Mixed Methods) to help advance our team and lead research initiatives that align to company priorities in the space of GenAI. As a member of our research organization, you’ll be playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of insights at Credit Karma and championing a member-centric approach to our products, business, and culture.

You have extensive knowledge and experience in qualitative research methods, as well as a good understanding of quantitative methods. You are able to bring together qualitative and quantitative data to create new and insightful points of view.
