What you haveRequiredFlexibility to work Monday-Friday anytime between 9:00am-9:00pm Eastern time based on contact center needsPreferredSeries 7, 63 preferred or must be obtained as a condition of employmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceBasic knowledge of equity compensationDemonstrated passion for providing top tier service and support to Schwab ParticipantsStrong interest in effectively engaging in quality conversations with Participants in order to establish long-term relationships with SchwabStrong work ethic with a high level of integrity and the ability to build trust with ParticipantsAbility to strategically prioritize client research and follow-up via outbound calls and emails while maintaining service levels of inbound client callsSkills for organizing specific and individual company procedures, in the form of emails and other documents, to ensure the vital information is readily availableRespect for fellow employees and demonstrating the power of teamworkThe ability and desire to develop positive working relationshipsActive listening skills and ability to explain complicated subjectsAbility to adapt and implement changes as market and business conditions evolveA unique background / work experience including: volunteer activities, internships, professional organizations, unpaid work experience, or other roles which may or may not be industry relatedTechnically savvy including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new programs, as well as easily use multiple applications simultaneously in a dual screen environmentIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.What’s in it for youAt Schwab, we’re committed to empowering our employees' personal and professional success.
