The Financial Strategy team at Hudson River Trading (HRT) is responsible for strategic finance initiatives, FP&A, capital management and corporate development. We’re looking for someone with an interest in financial technology, capital markets, financial analysis, and strategy to join as a senior member of our team. We work closely with other teams at HRT to analyze business opportunities, improve processes, and interact with external parties.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis:Contribute to analysis for presentations delivered to senior managementContribute to capital modeling for regular forecast updates and strategic initiativesAssist in analyzing monthly/quarterly results, including monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management

Qualifications
Annual base salary range of $150,000 to $250,000. Pay (base and bonus) may vary depending on job-related skills and experience. A sign-on and discretionary performance bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to company-paid medical and/or other benefits.
