The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-orientedStrategic Project / Program Managerto join ourFlights Supplyteam. In this key role, you will manage and support a variety of strategic projects within the flights supply team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the execution of key initiatives across departments such as product, supply, marketing, finance, and customer service. This includes setting clear project objectives, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope. By translating business data and insights into actionable strategies, you will ensure alignment and progress toward organizational goals.

This role is vital to the growth of Agoda Flights, contributing to its transformation from a new vertical into a core component of Agoda’s operations. You will play an integral role in driving effective project execution and ensuring alignment with Agoda’s broader business objectives.
