To achieve our vision, we are searching forStudent Achievement Associate or Managerswith aBachelor’s degreealong with superb organizational skills and a dedication to education equity for all students.
Responsibilities:
The start date for this position is July 21st, 2025.Summer professional development begins for staff in mid-July, and students start the school year in mid-August. Thesalary range for this position is between $64,500 and $86,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience in social work, lead teaching, and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.
