This individual will play a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives to enhance our supply chain capabilities.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning:Develop and implement strategies to increase supplier capacity, ensuring alignment with Gas Power’s volume growth objectives.Program Management:Lead and manage multiple projects focused on supplier capability enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.Supplier Collaboration:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, facilitating open communication and mutual understanding of capacity goals and requirements.Risk Management:Identify potential risks in supplier capacity expansion and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and reliability in the supply chain.Performance Monitoring:Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor supplier performance and capacity improvements, providing regular updates to senior leadership.Cross-functional Leadership:Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of supplier capacity enhancements into the overall operational framework.Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supplier processes and enhance operational efficiency.
