Manage and secure enterprise devices through Microsoft IntuneConfigure and monitor Microsoft Defender endpoint protectionTroubleshoot escalated technical issues to resolution, documenting occurrences, and resolutionsContinually improve infrastructure through optimization of existing systems, services, and technologies and through research and implementation of new and emerging technologiesProvide technical guidance and support to IT SpecialistsImplement and maintain conditional access to protect networks, endpoints, and identities from threats while ensuring compliance through security policiesImplement identity protection through conditional access polices and other Microsoft Identity services to safeguard user identities and enforce zero trust securityEnsure security of company data; both internally and cloud hostedRecommend, schedule, and perform hardware, software, and network improvements, upgrades, configuration changes, etc.Collaborate with Facilities and Office Management to ensure proper IT infrastructure is in place for expansions, moves, and changesInstall, configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot issues with conference room A/V equipment and/or office equipment such as printers, digital signage, and A/V equipmentCreate, maintain, and update technical documentation, physical and logical network diagrams, policies, procedures, user guides, etc.Support off-site events with a/v setup, tech support, and logisticsOther duties as assignedThis job has no supervisory responsibilitiesOccasional travel may be requiredWhat you’ll need to be successful in this role:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or an equally relevant field, or an equivalent combination of higher education and relevant work experienceIndustry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent are preferred3-5 years of network administration, or system administration experience2+ years of experience in an end-user facing technical support roleProven project and time management skills, with experience in planning, implementing, and managing IT projectsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audienceExcellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsAdaptability and flexibility in a dynamic and fast-paced work environmentExpert troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues of Windows PCs, Apple MacOS devices, iOS devices, mobile devices, and A/V equipment efficientlyKnowledge of wireless, wired, and VPN networks and equipmentExperience with enterprise security policies, access controls, and employee onboarding/offboarding processesAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.)Proficient in Microsoft 365 Admin Console, including administration of users and groups, resources, and licensing, billing, and subscriptionsExperience with Microsoft 365 admin centers, including Microsoft Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft SecurityProficiency with Helpdesk systems configuration and functionalityKnowledge of MDM technologies such as Microsoft Intune and JAMFKnowledge of workflow automations within systems such as Zapier, Workato, Power automate or similar software to reduce manual processesExperience in any of the following systems are preferred: FreshService, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Monday.com, ToriiPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to lift up to 50 poundsR365 Team Member Benefits & CompensationThis position has a salary range of $70K-$90K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
