In order to achieve this, the Systems Analysts will coordinate multiple stakeholders through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process including IT, external vendors and business teammates.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Analysis & Technical:Produces detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, communications, use cases, and user stories outlining problems, and opportunities.Translates business needs into requirements across multiple business systems or processes with some guidance.Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, and Excel to communicate and facilitate daily operations.Demonstrates understanding across a larger scope of business systems (multiple systems, multiple businesses using a system, multiple processes) including how data capture & processes across systems are interrelated.continuously learns new system capabilities & and recommends how to leverage them.Problem Solving:
