Description - ExternalWe are currently seeking for a self-drivenGPS Buyer - Tactical Sourcingwith a passion for procurement to join our team. This position will be responsible for• Pursue systematic TCO reductions and value enhancements to drive cost savings.• Track KPI’s and deliver reports as assigned.• Execute comprehensive RFQ process and support functional users in a timely manner.• Identify and develop supply sources to secure savings in compliance with the qualification processes.• Sourcing, standardization, spend control with suppliers.• As part of Tail Spend Management, drive spend toward strategic and preferred suppliers. Engage with sourcing team as needed when quoting and sourcing needs are present / requested to secure execution of savings for these group of suppliers.

QualificationsQualifications - External• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering.• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing/ Procurement / Supply Chain (4+ years' experiencepreferred)• Spoken and written fluent communication in English• Project Management expertise• Knowledge on legal contracts, negotiations and risk management• Skills: Leadership skills, Team work, Negotiation, Strategic thinking, Cross cultural awareness, Remote management, Communication (Written - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner internally as well as externally), Problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to interpret blue prints and technical drawings.• Ability to independently work on “Negotiation preparation”. And Execution with excellent influence and convincing skills, both suppliers and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of “Negotiation game theories” is a plus point.Schedule:Full-timeReq:0098BL
