In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hiring results, managing talent pipelines, and working with stakeholders across different locations. You will need to be adept at handling a high volume of applications and mapping talent effectively to meet our hiring objectives.The Impact You’ll HaveConduct research to identify suitable candidates in JapanBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.Source candidates through job boards, industry networks, and local platforms.Engage with active and passive candidates to understand their career goals and introduce opportunities.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing needs.Provide regular updates on pipeline status and candidate availability to the hiring team.Work with ATS and CRM tools to manage candidates and track pipeline activities.
