As a global leader in scientific research and innovation, we are dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.The preferred typical hours for this role would be 9a - 6p ET at the Grand Island, NY site.Job Responsibilities:Provide technical application support for quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) instruments and reagentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new technologies and productsProvide flawless technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customersAccurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our Customer Relationship Management system and assist in the development of continuous improvement.Proactively determine customer needs and provide innovative solutionsKeep up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements in qPCR technologyParticipate in training on products and continuing education on our new applications and technologies.
