We make what matters work.What you’ll do:The main responsibility of the Technical Support Specialist is to provide support to internal staff and customers on technical questions and issues regarding Eaton products.You will do technical assessment, auditing and summarizing of technical information necessary for quotations.Provide pre and post sales technical support to customers.You are expected to provide on time and accurate responses on email inquiries.You will get familiar with Eaton products and proactively seek on ways how to constantly improve your knowledge.Work closely with internal stakeholders like local Inside Sales, Sales, Service, as well as with customers.
