Position Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
Education•Bachelor’sdegree preferred, preferably in Education or Training. Willing to evaluateexperience and education combination in lieu of degree.
Experience•1-3classroom facilitation experience preferred•Minimum of 2years of professional training and development experience•1-3 years ofinstructional or Curriculum Design preferred•Prefer CallCenter experience
Skills•Strongcommunications and presentation skills•Organizationalskills•Analyticalskills to review new processes and derive potential impact to program•Ability tocreate new training tools with minimal assistance•Ability toidentify changes specific to program, disseminate information as needed,and create tools in support of new information•Stronglistening skills•Strongleadership skills•Provenability to perform in a fast-paced environment and with minimalsupervision•Able to worka flexible schedule to include extended evening and weekend hours asneeded•Ability towork in a team environment as well as autonomously•Ability tostand for long periods of time while delivering classroom training•Duringdowntime, proactively research current training trends to apply intraining•Strongproject management•Ability toprioritize business requests and self-manage workload and timelines•Advancedcomputer skills: Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,Access, Internet and Visio, Intermediate SPSS, Microsoft Project, AdvancedAdobe PageMaker and Photoshop•Analytical,design and development skills
