If you are passionate about healthcare products and the opportunity to create a name for yourself in theOrthopedic Instrumentsproduct marketspace - this is your chance!Find more information about the division’s products:https://www.stryker.com/us/en/orthopaedic-instruments.htmlKey Activities & AccountabilitiesPlanning, executing and monitoring of all measures necessary to guarantee achieving budget in agreement with the supervisor.This encompasses in particular:Creates business plans for the assigned area and coordinates other people to get it doneTrains, motivates and guides Indirect Channels to reach sales targetsFocuses on creating profitable deals, managing both customer information and internal stakeholdersIs able to develop complex deals with financial variables and presents at high levelReviews contracts and negotiates conditions both internally and externallyIs the reference point for the tender process, ensuring proper and compliant interactions are performed in a timely mannerCollect competitive data and work in cooperation with marketing under the leader guidance to prepare solid simulations supporting price and product offer for each single tender/quoteCoordination of the distribution and logistics of the product (LTC, STC, Demo)Customer care for head nurses and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultationPromotions, presentations, launching of productsSupport the leader on implementing locally the national strategy in terms of referrals program, education, marketing in collaboration with RSM and PMBe responsible of the accuracy of the forecast and prepare on a regular basis business review to be shared to his/her managerCoordinate under leader’s supervision agents/dealer activity, ensuring sales pipeline is aligned to business plan/action plans and kept up to date into the corporate systems (i.e. Nexus/SFDC)Conduct training with marketing where necessary to internal and/or external stakeholdersTakes the accountability of the KOLsKnows the individual customer’s value driversPromoting and disseminating the culture of compliance (compliance with regulations and ethical behavior)Fulfill the quality policy and comply with company’s standard operative procedures with particular attention to the Vigilance onesRequirements of the role:University Degree in a medical, scientific or economics environment. Business or economics background is a plus5 or more sales or marketing experience, in Medical DevicesExperience in Equipment sales in the Orthopedic sector will be strongly preferredExperience in managing professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersFluent level of Italian and EnglishAbility to handle communications, criticism and conflictService orientation & Business thinking attitudeExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsIn depth understanding and knowledge of national legal, regulatory and compliance rules and regulationsEconomic/ Financial knowledgeHigh level of MS OfficeAbility to work under pressure, highly organized with an ability to multi taskAbility to coordinate multiple projects.LocationTerritory: Liguria, Piemonte, Lombardia, Triveneto, Valle D’Aosta and Sardinia.Based location: Milan, Venice or any well-connected city in Northern Italy.Travel percentage: 70%Role Type: Field-basedWho do we look for?Hard-working winners.
