DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a talentedTerritory Sales - Field Sales Account Executiveto join our team specializing inSalesfor ourBotswana BranchinGaborone, Botswana.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Prospect and Develop New Opportunities: Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to grow the business.Execute Account Plans: Develop and execute account plans for top prospects with coaching support, ensuring strategic alignment.Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory, market segment, or channel partners.Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs, business models, and buying processes.Negotiate and Close Deals: Conduct negotiations according to company guidelines, including payment terms, and assist with collections to maintain acceptable levels of past due accounts.Drive Customer Satisfaction: Respond to customer concerns promptly and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Utilize Sales Tools and Processes: Consistently use the Cummins Sales Process and tools like Customer Relationship Management to support sales and customer value.Maintain Sales Forecasts: Track and report sales activity, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and work with internal stakeholders to balance inventory, service, and delivery capabilities with customer expectations.
