Responsibilities1. Lead the consistent deployment of tools across Shared Services teams, including: • Implementing RPA solutions (Blue Prism for large-scale, Power Automate for small-scale) to drive HyperAutomation • Enhancing ChatBot functionality • Developing linked and automated Power BI dashboards • Collaborating with RPA leadership to establish a decentralized approach to RPA analysis and development • Advocating for and implementing cutting-edge digital tools, including AI and Machine Learning"2. Support interaction & visibility with Product Centric Product Owners to ensure alignment of priorities3. Process Excellence on Strategic execution, including • Process Documentation Methodology - roll-out & ongoing review structure • o Real-time KPI monitoring & tracking4. Development of standardized monthly KPI dashboards & real-time metrics to monitor performance & opportunity areas5. Support Manager, Shared Services Transformation & Innovation with governance & foundational activities • Process Documentation Methodology - roll-out & ongoing review structure. • Real-time KPI monitoring & tracking. • Partner with upstream/downstream stakeholders to drive hyperautomation / reporting / dashboard opportunities.6.
