EPAM is looking for aTransformation Program Managerwith expertise in SAP to join our team in Germany (with travel to the Nuremberg area).The Transformation Program Manager SAP will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse portfolio of SAP projects, overseeing a number of delivery teams with 200+ FTEs in a complex multi-vendor and global setup. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive program management experience, a deep understanding of SAP implementations and the ability to handle multiple delivery models, including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The Transformation Program Manager SAP will ensure successful end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder satisfaction and risk mitigation, all while maintaining quality, budget and scope control.
