This role assists the project manager and other subject matter experts in day-to-day activities, ranging from initial planning and analysis to global delivery.In this role as aTransformationProject Specialist, you will:Assist in managing a firm-wide transformation project of a Thomson Reuters customer in the Global Large Law space, supporting alignment with both firms' strategic goalsHelp develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocationSupport the building and maintenance of relationships with key customer stakeholdersParticipate in regular status meetings and help prepare progress updates for stakeholdersContribute to the creation of deliverables, including reports, presentations, and documentationHelp identify potential risks and issues that may impact project successSupport change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologiesWork with cross-functional teams to support integrated project executionAssist in monitoring program impact and gathering data for continuous improvement
