Bozzuto is seeking a Transitions Coordinator to their team. The incumbent will manage real estate software updates, innovation initiatives, carry out quality assurance testing, manage integrations, reporting and implementations. This position will be hybrid remote based out of our Greenbelt, MD office (Tues/Wed/Thurs in office; Mon/Fri remote).Primary responsibilities:Engage in the data migration for takeovers, new communities and separationsMaintain transition schedules to ensure completeness or deliverables and drive project results.Responsible for providing buyer/incoming management with necessary data for smooth transition upon dispositionParticipate in regular transition calls with key contacts from each department to provide and receive updatesCoordinate post transition assistance of software applications for takeovers.Communicate and collaborate with interface vendors to establish connections with management softwareWhat You Bring to Us:Bachelor’s degree in a related field -OR- equivalent work experience.2-5 Years of experienceExcellent communication skills with the ability to develop concise and on-brand messaging.Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and deadlines.Ability to effectively work and interact with customers and team membersKnowledge of various multifamily software applications preferred (Yardi, OneSite, etc.)Previous experience in the multifamily real estate industry preferredProven success in managing multiple projects on schedule and within budgetProven success in crafting and implementing innovative ideas and conceptsSalary Range$60,000-$65,000 USDWhen you join Bozzuto, you’re not just accepting a job; you are becoming part of a community that cares about your overall well-being and professional growth.
