As a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations. This position requires a hands-on approach, operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and more.ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipmentEvaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settingsRemove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces while following safety proceduresRespond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentationConduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipmentPerform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned
