Job responsibilitiesConduct user research and create detailed user personas, user workflows, information architecture and journey maps to inform design decisionsArticulate design decisions to stakeholders, developers and educate them about Design Thinking and best practices of User ExperienceDesign elegant solutions to specific interaction problems ensuring consistency across multiple products and platformsWork collaboratively with diverse teams to integrate inclusive design and accessibility through continuously iterating and incorporating user feedbackAssist in the data-driven analyses, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions and contribute to the team’s strategic thinkingStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI design, visual design, and data visualizationRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsMinimum of 5 years in a user experience design industry roles or equivalent background in Human-Interaction Design or similar fieldsDemonstrated experience in designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channelsPrevious experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-makingProficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiencesExcellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and making modern UIs with attention to detailProficient with Figma including understanding components, variables, design system utilization with a proven track record of creating interactive prototypesA comprehensive portfolio demonstrating your design process is requiredABOUT USJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
