Then now is the time to explore the Possibilities of PepsiCo.Work shift:Mon-Fri (6 am - 3 pm)TheWarehouse Trainerrole supports the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisors, and the Warehouse Teams.ResponsibilitiesMaintain time and attendance tracking and reporting for staffing needs and coaching opportunitiesDrive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable)Mark load ticket for out of stock itemsWrap pallet when pallet/load is finishedTurn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checkedStage pallet and/or load into truck when readyComplete partial pallets and put away mixed palletsMaintain proper housekeeping standards in work areaLead New Employee Onboarding for all new hiresConduct training needs assessments, inventorying associate skills and determining appropriate training solutions.Evaluate and report associates' training progress through observation, demonstrated learning, testing, documented certification processes, etc. and logging these activities to record the training status of associates.Review current training tasks and procedures, and craft and document new ones for any equipment when needed.Attend internal and/or external training to improve training skills and subject matter knowledge (e.g., facilitation skills, adult learning knowledge, evaluation skills).Generate training reports for management and/or departments (e.g., statistical reporting, certification reporting, procedure task reports, etc.).Post-training mentor to help foster a continuous learning environment and provide mentorship for employee training issues.Complete, track, and file regulatory documentsConduct inspections, reviews, and tasks within the scope of AIB audit inspectionConduct site wide monthly safety training and annual food safety trainingRegular, reliable, predictable attendanceOther duties as assignedCompensation & Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
