The Managed Solutions Specialist Team seeks to provide comprehensive coverage of all of our managed solutions (Core, Advisory, SMAs, mutual funds [JPM and 3rd party where offered]) in a coordinated way. With a product-agnostic lens, we will partner with client advisors in understanding clients' goals in order to recommend solutions, across managed strategies, that incorporate clients' preferences. This is part of a global team with members based in New York, London, Singapore and Hong Kong, where this new hire will be located.Job ResponsibilitiesExpertise in Investment Solutions:Serve as a subject matter expert, articulating strategy, macro views, and performance drivers for Asia Private BankPortfolio Advisory Skills:Advise on constructing holistic portfolios, blending strategies based on clients' goals and preferences, and market viewsProduct Knowledge:Develop deep expertise in JPM’s core solutions and major equity and fixed income productsCommunication Skills:Present and craft investment advice for Advisors through calls and written materialsContent Creation:Design scalable content across presentations and emailsAnalytical Skills:Collaborate with different markets to drive and retain investment flows, analyzing trends for strategic focusClient Support:Provide direct advice for Advisors on prospects and client reviewsAdvocacy and Innovation:Advocate for new strategies and identify opportunities for enhancements in marketing, tech, and finance

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, SkillsMinimal 8 years of relevant experience, preferably experience in direct investing, client portfolio management, or an investment specialist role at an Asset Management firm, Wealth Manager, Investment Bank, or Institutional Investor (e.g., Sovereign Wealth Fund, Endowment)Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills to clearly and passionately articulate investment views and recommendations to a wide variety of audiences but especially in larger group settingsAbility to think strategically and effectively scale communication through various mediums (live presentation, written, recorded video) across a large and broad advisor and client baseStrong technical skills related to global financial markets, with the ability to engage in robust dialogue directly with Portfolio ManagersExperience with managed accounts across multi-asset, equities, and fixed income, including active and passive strategiesDemonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship management with Client AdvisorsStrong ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detailPositive attitude and pro-active disposition in communication styleMBA and/or CFA preferredProficient in both reading and writing Chinese is required for this roleABOUT USJ.P.
